There are two different ways to get your reward:
a. Buy a Garmin sat-nav before 24th August 2009 and save big with an amazing FREE MOT (or NCT in Ireland via cashback) on these selected models: nüvi 1370, nüvi 1390T, nüvi 1490T, nüvi 765T, nüvi 775T, nüvi 865 or a nüvi 465T, or:
b. Buy a Garmin sat-nav before 24th August 2009 and save big with a selection of summer savings on these selected models: nüvi 1210, nüvi 1240, nüvi 1310, nüvi 1340, nüvi 1340T, nüvi 205TW, nüvi 255W, nüvi 255WT, nüvi 255T, nüvi 275, nüvi 215T, nüvi 265WT, nüvi 265W or a nüvi 265T.
- What happens if I return my purchase under the money back guarantee?
If you cancel your purchase or return the item under the money back guarantee, you will be ineligible for the promotion.
- Once I have made my purchase, how do I get my reward?
Depending on which model you have bought, you should visit the promotional micro-site at either www.garminsummeroffers.co.uk or www.garminsummeroffers.ie and register using the code found on the sticker on your pack. Once you have accessed the site, you need to download your application form, complete it and post it along with your receipt and an SSAE to the address supplied.
- What if my pack doesn’t have a promotional sticker on the pack?
If your pack does not have a code, to get one you must call 0871 221 0511 or e-mail garmin@tlcmarketing.com.
- What happens next if I am claiming a FREE MOT or NCT CASHBACK?
If you are a UK customer, the Concierge team of our promotional partner will make your booking for you and send you a voucher to claim your FREE MOT. If you are a ROI customer you will be sent a voucher with full instructions on how to claim your NCT CASHBACK offer.
- What happens next if I am claiming a SUMMER SAVINGS card?
You will be sent a voucher pack including your card and wallet with full instructions on how to claim the range of offers we have put together for you, plus full details of the promotional website.
- What if I don’t have internet access?
If you do not have access to the internet you can order your application form by calling 0871 221 0511 and quoting “GARMIN SUMMER OFFERS” plus the code of the product you have purchased.
- By when do I have to submit my Application Form?
Your Application Form must be submitted by 30th September 2009.
- How do I find out what Summer Savings offers I can have with my card?
All the information you will need is available on the websites – either www.garminsummeroffers.co.uk or www.garminsummeroffers.ie. Full terms and conditions can be found on both these sites plus contact details on all participating partners and how to redeem your offers.
- Can you give me the specific details of the Summer Savings offers if I cannot access the web?
You can get details by calling the Team on 0871 221 0511 where you will be able to get your promotional code and contact numbers for the Haven Holidays and Hotel Stay UK offers plus the promotional phone number for Ascot.
We have recruited Major Days Out partners including HMS Belfast, Churchill War Museum, Imperial War Museum, Man United, Ascot, Camelot, Wookey Hole, Drayton Manor and Gulliver’s. Their details are also available on request.
HMS BELFAST: You must go online and download a voucher then hand this over on entry to redeem directly.
CHURCHILL WAR MUSEUM/IMPERIAL WAR MUSEUM: You must go online and download a voucher then hand this over on entry to redeem directly.
MAN UNITED STADIUM TOUR: You must use your Garmin card to redeem the reward.
ASCOT: You must call the number quoted on the website to book quoting 'Garmin'.
CAMELOT: You must show your Garmin card to redeem the reward.
WOOKEY HOLE: You must show your Garmin card to redeem the reward.
DRAYTON MANOR (1 CHILD FREE WITH TWO FULL PAYING ADULTS). You must go online and download a voucher then hand this over on entry to redeem directly. You must show your card at the same time.
GULLIVER'S: You must show your Garmin card to redeem the reward.
For all other days out venues, customers must simply show their Garmin card to take advantage of that particular offer.
- Can I pass on my voucher to a friend or family to use?
No. Garmin reserves the right to refuse to redeem Application Forms if submitted by persons other than those to whom they were issued. Garmin will also not be held responsible for any claims that are lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, scanned, photocopied or mutilated.
- When you mention the promotion address or promotional partner above, who are you talking about?
Garmin is working with an agency who is very experienced in running these types of promotions. For this promotion, all administration will be dealt with by TLC. For any enquiries, they can be contacted at TLC Incentives Ltd, PO Box 468, Swansea SA1 1RH or on 0871 221 0511. All correspondence regarding travel matters should be directed to this address marked ‘Garmin. The phone line is open Monday to Friday 0930 to 1730. Calls are charged at no more than 10p per minute from BT landlines and costs from other suppliers will vary.
